About Therapy

Most people will experience a time in life when they need support. Therapy can provide this support, in a confidential and emotionally safe environment.

I will provide a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space for exploration of your difficulties. The space is non-directive, for you to bring what feels most important to you, whether that be a problem in the present or something unresolved from the past. We will explore your current problems as you see them, and work together to develop a deeper and new understanding of yourself, which can bring about new perspectives and ways of being. In addition to focusing on the here and now, exploring past relationships and experiences can be an important part of the work, as they impacted and shaped who you are today.

Using a holistic approach we will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to help to build a deeper insight into your experience. The awareness gained through this process can allow you to connect and engage in life with more freedom and authenticity and to make positive change.

I believe that therapy should be accessible and flexible, which is why I offer both in-person and online sessions. I currently offer both in-person and online sessions in Sevenoaks, Kent (and the surrounding areas). Currently, I am only offering online sessions to those outside of Kent. If you're interested in learning more about my services or scheduling an appointment, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Sessions take place once a week, at the same time each week, for 50 minutes. Sessions start at £85, the price will vary depending on whether therapy is online or in person, and depending on location.
