About Me

Eleanor Brunton, MA
I hold a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy, and a PGCIP in Integrative Psychotherapy from Regent's University London. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), and accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

I work in private practice in Sevenoaks and Hove. Over the last decade I have worked in therapeutic roles. I have worked at the Priory Hospital offering one to one therapy to adults, as well as in various organisations and charities in London. I have worked with a wide range of individuals with varying problems, which I have included in the list below.

The approach I am trained in is Integrative Psychotherapy, specifically the psychodynamic and humanistic approaches. This means that in my work, I draw from these two approaches based on the clients unique needs at that moment.
I feel this allows me to work fully with each person as an individual with unique needs, and tailor the therapy in this way.

I am a kind, compassionate and non-judgemental therapist, and want to help my clients to grow and find meaning in their lives. This can mean at times bringing in other ways of thinking, which can be challenging. However, I truly believe that difference makes the difference. If we repeat what previously has not been working for us, we will end up in the same place.
