Most people need support at some point in their lives. You might be feeling lost, stuck, low, anxious, stressed, or experiencing your mood going up and down. Perhaps you're experiencing problems in your relationships, work life, going through a loss or significant change and feeling like you're trying to make improvements in your life but something is getting in the way. Therapy is a non-judgemental, emotionally safe and confidential space for you to explore your problems and develop deeper insight and understanding into how you are feeling and the way you behave.

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist offering in-person sessions in Sevenoaks and Hove, and remote therapy via Zoom.
